CNA General job duties.
Types of procedures required.
ADL's, documentation, patient care, meal services, incontinent care, showers Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
(Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.
) Hoyer lift, stand up lift, gait belts, wheelchairs, beds, Care Assist charting, vital sign machine Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Certified nursing assistant.
No minimum experience.
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.
(ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc) Indiana CNA, CPR certification preferred Shift or schedule requirements.
(Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?) 6 am - 6 pm or 6 pm - 6 am.
No call.
Every other weekend required.
Will not work alone in facility.
Floating to other units/departments.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
