As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation and longevity of our customers' vehicles.
Responsibilities:
Perform Routine Vehicle Maintenance:
Execute oil changes, lubrication services, filter replacements, and other basic maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications and dealership guidelines.
Inspection and Reporting:
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues or areas needing attention.
Report findings to senior technicians or service advisors.
Tire Maintenance:
Assist in tire rotations, balancing, and tire pressure checks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Fluid Checks:
Check and top up essential fluids such as coolant, brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid.
Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Area:
Keep the service bay and tools clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Learn and Adhere to Safety Standards:
Comply with all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.
Customer Service:
Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their basic inquiries and providing excellent service.
Training and Development:
Participate in training programs offered by the dealership to enhance your technical skills and knowledge of the automotive industry.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
A passion for automobiles and an eagerness to learn about automotive maintenance.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary.

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
